Hotpot, Dim Sum & Aqua bar

In the evening on tuesday night after lavinia and my crazy shopping tour in the Hong Kong area of Mong Kok we decided on a special Hot pot dinner near TST (Tsim Sha Tsui).

You pay one price, around 340HK$ for 2 people: All you can eat buffet, drink ( non alcoholic) and order as much as meat as you like for 1,5h.

It is up to you which base (soup)you would like to cook your hotpot, we took 2 different ones: the japanese style and the soya base.
All you have to order from now on is your drink and more meat everything else you have to get yourself from a buffet. As much as you like!!!

On the buffet you have various salad varieties, vegetables, mushrooms, ...etc. which will be cooked later on in your hotpot.
The meat always comes in the end as it cooks the fastest.

Heating will be regulated on your table with a separate switch.
It reminds me a little bit of "raclette" only with a pot/pan instead of a stone tile.

Enjoy!

Dim Sum is a more traditional chinese dish. Eating as breakfast or lunch, not really for dinner!

Check out the menu below for details what's in these delicious buns.

After our delicious traditional chinese dinner me and lovely Lavinia went to a special "skye-bar" in the area of TST (Tsim Sha Tsui) which has a mind-blowing few over the Hong Kong harbor and delicious cocktails!

Disney land Hong Kong

Me and my chinese friend Evie, who I know from Uni in London decided to check out the Chinese Disneyland!

A lot of people are very surprised that something like an "Asian" version of a Disneyland is even excising, but yes it's true! This resort is a lot smaller than its big brother in the US or France but it's still worth seeing.

You have to take change the MTR train-line twice to reach the resort on a different island outside the city. General ticket admission is around 450 HK$ for non HK residents and it becomes cheaper as students or children. (see price on the image when you scroll down or if you visit their website)

Once you enter the main ticket area everything looks exactly like in Disneyland California architectural wise. After walking down the little souvenir shop street you reach the famous disney-castle and after that you will discover different adventure parks such as the "Toystory-fun park".

Other areas such as Space-mountain and the "small-world-ride" are exactly the same apart from the special HK theme inside the tour.

For those who like to make pictures with your favourite Disney-charcters are special areas with pavilions where photographers are happy to take a pictures with either Mini Mouse or Winni-booh and many more...
